The foods that you eat play a significant role on your health. Foods are the fuel that your body requires to do a good job at the tasks that you ask it. In our machine look at the way that food works, the food that you consume is the fuel that your machine needs.

What kind of foods are you feeding your body? Would you fuel your brand new, expensive car with the lowest quality of gas? Don’ you think that your body is worth much more than that car? If you consume the wrong foods all the time, your body will not be able to perform as well as if you gave it the highest quality foods that it needs.

Yes, we live in a hectic, fast pace life and are always short on time. If we need something, we need it fast. Fast foods, convenient foods are almost readily found anywhere. Fast and convenient packaged food are processed in some way. This processing almost always involves some additional chemicals or preservatives being added to the foods. Foods that survive for a week or more on the shelves of your local supermarket only do so because they have chemical preservatives added to them.
